Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by PT Agrayasa Global Industri and its subsidiaries (Agrayasa Labs, Agrayasa Consulting, and Agrayasa Gold), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

PT Agrayasa Global Industri is a holding company incorporated under Indonesian law, operating through three main business divisions:

• Agrayasa Labs: Software development and digital infrastructure solutions
• Agrayasa Consulting: Technology consulting and strategic advisory services
• Agrayasa Gold: Precious metals and jewelry trading

3.1 Agrayasa Labs

Provides custom software development, blockchain solutions, and government digital infrastructure services. All deliverables are subject to separate project agreements.

3.2 Agrayasa Consulting

Offers technology consulting, digital transformation advisory, and IT strategy planning. Services are provided under specific consulting agreements.

3.3 Agrayasa Gold

Engages in conventional gold bullion and jewelry trading. Transactions are governed by separate purchase agreements and applicable commodity trading regulations.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indonesian law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and services are owned by PT Agrayasa Global Industri or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

For software development projects (Agrayasa Labs), intellectual property ownership will be specified in individual project agreements.

• Consulting Services: Payment terms are outlined in individual consulting agreements
• Software Development: Milestone-based payments as specified in project contracts
• Gold Trading: Payment must be completed before delivery, subject to market pricing

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business engagements, particularly for government projects requiring BSSN compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Agrayasa Global Industri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated in individual service agreements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Amicable negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration under Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI) rules
• Jurisdiction of Jakarta courts as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
